Stayed Jun 16, 2025This 2 BR 2 Bath apartment was actually two private bedrooms with private baths and a large shared kitchen and living room. SO comfortable and - most important in the intense summer heat we experienced - AIR CONDITIONED!!! The location was fabulous - little stores with things we needed right outside our door and outstanding restaurants. Even in the summer, Perugia was not crowded with tourists and it was a delightful place to spend a few days.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024Wonderful! The apartment is very nice, great shower! There were lots of steps we didn’t expect but other than that no issues! Love that there were dehumidifiers in both rooms for nighttime white noise, also the only place we stayed in Italy that had washer and dryer.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024This was an ideal place to stay! It was spacious, clean, bedrooms with bathrooms were very private and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was convenient to explore Old Perugia and had cafes and bars close by! We were very pleased!

Stayed Sep 16, 2022My first reaction on entering this home was how spacious and clean it was! Magnifico! The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spacious. We are 2 couples in their 70s and the house was set up as two separate apartment areas with a common kitchen. The kitchen was well-stocked although we didn’t cook during the 4 days/3 nights we were there. We did do laundry-the washer/dryer (shared) a necessity for anyone packing light and staying long in Italy. We were close to restaurants, shops and a day-trip to Assisi was easily accessible by the mini- metro to the train station. Simone answered all our questions quickly and in English. Gracie! We’ll remember Perugia fondly.
