Stayed Apr 25, 2025The property is in a good location easy to walk into town of Beverly lots of places to eat . Fifty pubs sorry I couldn’t try them all. Parking is available at this property but it’s very tight but also safe.

Location within easy walking distance of town centre with plenty of amenities.This is a great little flat overlooking the Minster and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.Very good communication with our host Kate for check in/check out details, parking and WiFi.Lovely town, lovely apartment, would definitely recommend

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Ideal location for shops and restaurants and pubs downside pub just across the road loud music band playing . Small parking space so if you have a big car there are spaces out there but other cars take up parking . You are right opposite the minster nice to look at .

Stayed Aug 1, 2025This is a lovely first-floor flat, very convenient for Beverley Minster and a short walk into the town centre. The double bed is comfortable if rather springy. The bedroom curtains let through a lot of light so we would recommend bringing eye masks if you need them. Kate is a talented artist and some of her artwork is on display and available to buy.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024It was wonderful to be across the road from the Minster. We could then walk into the town, the station, the Leisure Centre and the Westwood. The Moors, Dales and Seaside were an easy drive away. We had a week to remember and recommend Beverley and this apartment .

Stayed Jul 17, 2024I spent a wonderful month in this flat. Not only did it correspond exactly to the information given on the website, but it was much nicer and more spacious than the photos suggested. The neighbourhood is pleasant, very close to the city centre, and the building is quiet. The owner is an extremely pleasant and helpful person. I would recommend it 100%.
