Stayed Dec 30, 2024We were staying for 3 nights over new year.We didn't expect to be in very much ....the apartment was very clean & comfortable.I slept on the sofa pull out bed which was perfectly satisfactory.The friendly owner met us as arranged to hand over keys late evening ( & our flight was slightly delayed).Excellent location barely 100m from a good supermarket & the delightful town centre.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Met by owner at door unfortunately he didn’t speak much English and we don’t speak Spanish but with google translator we managed quite well. They let us stay longer than check out time as they didn’t have anyone staying till the Sunday that was a bonus. Just one or two things could do with updating for example dining chair covers and the sun lounger padded covers the bed was a little uncomfortable as well. Otherwise was a good apartment

Stayed Feb 5, 2020Jose and his wife were very nice people. They live on the ground floor of the property and were very helpful. Thank you both. This apartment is very central to the town. It is a typical Spanish house very clean and a nice comfortable bed. The sofa could be better but it was the only downfall. There is a good roof terrace that gets the sun all day a great bonus, it has sun loungers and sofa and chairs, perfect. Hope to return again.

Stayed Sep 17, 2018Very enjoyable stay in a traditional Spanish home. Close to most amenities and a 15 minute stroll to the beach and main town centre. The owners were helpful and non-intrusive. Really good to be in the middle of everyday Spanish life. We found the large roof terrace very useful, with shading in the afternoon sun particularly as we were lucky enough to have terrific weather. Our seventh stay in Nerja and we will be back.
