The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with abathtub and washing machine), as well as a bright living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. From here, you have access to a large partially covered terrace and a separate balcony, both with a fantastic view of the sea and the old town of Primošten. An ideal place to let the day fade away at sunset.



The equipment includes, among other things, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, a private washing machine, and all kitchen utensils for relaxed self-catering. The furnishings are modern and functional, so you can feel at home from the very first moment.



The house is located in a quiet, yet central location: The nearest beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach the town centre of Primošten in approximately 10 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a weekly market are also conveniently within walking distance.



A free car park directly at the house is available to you. Unfortunately, pets and baby cots are not permitted. The apartment is not barrier-free.
