Antonio was extremely helpful and thoughtful host. He provided me with all the information that I needed. The place is situated on a quiet street and yet only 5 minutes walking distance to Sagrada Familia and metro station. Convenience stores are just downstairs with late closing hours. The place is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It is equipped with everything. The whole place just made me feel at ease. All in all, everything was perfect as it seemed online in the photos. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

My husband I stayed at this apartment for a week while visiting our daughter. We really enjoyed the apartment. It is very charming and in a great location with a view of the Sagrada Familia. It was definitely spacious enough for the two of us. The owner of the property was very responsive and made check in easy. He even let us drop off our luggage before check in time since we arrived early, which was really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved how close and convenient this apartment is to everything while also in a quiet street. The apartment has everything needed for our stay - laundry, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave and oven/stove top.

We stayed for a week in December. The apartment was very well located near and with an angled view of the Sagrada Familia (it was great having that as our neighbour to revisit on the way home from other adventures). The apartment was perfectly suitable for a couple and the lift access was a bonus. It was warm and quiet and an easy walk to transport options. Would happily recommend it if the Sagrada is a key reason for visiting Barcelona. It was a little bit too touristy for us and the local food options are average. But the ease of transport options made that a small price to pay.

Our time in this place only lasted 2 hours. First clams to be a one bedroom apartment, but it’s a studio. Next clams to be recently renovated, but that not true. Furniture was wore out, couch has been changed and is dirty. Mattress is as hard as a rock. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything from the street and neighbors . Has a weird smell weird smell like mold, which was found in the bathroom behind the toilet. Out of the 69 reviews on VRBO only one is a verify traveler. I believe all the others are made up. Owner makes sure to collect your money months in advance of you checking in so you can’t leave without him keeping your money. Save yourself a headache and stay at a hotel.

The location was perfect for us. We were five minutes from the Sagrada. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. There was a great bakery right below us and there was also an ATM and a small grocery store. The bathroom was a good size and there was plenty of hot water. We had a bit of difficulty with the combination washer/dryer but we figured it out. Well equipped kitchen. We would stay there again. I do wish there had been a selection of pillows. The one I had was hard and hurt my neck. I know it is hard to find a pillow that works for everyone . I have that issue in hotels also. Antonio was very helpful. Piece of advice never leave your keys in the lock on the inside. Very easy to get locked out.

Wonderful experience in this bright apartment. Convient location with lots of good sights and eateries around. Friendly host checked us in.

Owner nice. He no sooner asked for your arrival hour than asked when you were leaving. Location: 2 blocks from Sagrada Famila. Street noise a problem, too loud to sleep. Washer/dryer perfect! Elevator worked fine.

This cute and well-thought out apartment was perfect for my daughter and me during our 6 night stay in Barcelona. The layout was perfect for us. Check in was a breeze. We had an issue with the coffee maker and Antonio came by and replaced it. The location was great with many little food markets and patisseries near by. Easy walking distance to the metro. I would recommend this property.
