Stayed Dec 31, 1969Host were very nice - met me at outskirts of town as concerned I would hav trouble driving to location due to construction in area. Timely communications in either French or Spanish. Apartment is perfectly located in beautiful town. Short walk to supermarket or beach area; 10 minute drive to playa la Granadella (a must visit). Apartment very clean comfortably furnished with amazingly huge pool for use. Overall an excellent stay. Thanks

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Firstly, our flight was delayed, but the owner waited to meet us, which ended up being 4am the next morning! We were so very grateful after a long journey! The apartment is great, clean and tidy with all amenities listed. It has a large balcony area which stretches across the width of the property and overlooks the huge swimming pool. The pool has a life guard and you can swim between 10.30 - 15.00 and 17.00 - 20.30. The popular Arenal area at the beach is just 15 mins walk away, maybe a little longer in the heat. We had a great weeks' stay here in August and the apartment block wasn't too busy or noisy since its mainly Spanish owned.
