Apartment in Alcudia El Sol near the beach

The property is very well equipped, we had everything we could need on our holiday. Even tho we prefer the sea, the pool was super clean and nice so we spent time there too. The owner left us fruits, a snack water and orange juice and also some essentials for cooking, such as oil, salt and vinegar. It was a kind surprise. The rooms were pretty and comfortable. The location was also great. The beach was close and the centre is an easy walk. There is a supermarket close by as well. The shower head's priming was kind of weak. I had to wash my hair in the bathroom sink. But it was managable. Parking can be hard to find but we never had to walk too far.

The apartment is very very nice, plenty of everything you need and lovely welcome goodies. The complex is small which for us great but there are a lot of residential people there with dogs that are allowed to run loose and mess all over the grass. I was sat having breakfast on the terrace when this happened right in front of me. I waited for the owner to clean it up as she was there, but no I had to approach her and it was obvious she thought I was lying about it being her dog.One residential family right next door come most weekends, with other adults and tons of kids. Ordinarily if this was a holiday let no more than 4 would be there. A dozen people sat right outside your terrace with screaming kids, not for me.The pool and grounds are very well kept. One final point, the water pressure in the apartment is a dribble at best, it took an age to have a shower and to fill a bowl, I could go and make the bed by the time it filled. It all sounds very negative, we had a nice holiday, but these are important issues for somewhere I paid nearly 4000 Euros for three weeks.

wonderful accommodation in Alcudia. The apartment was so well equipped. lovely welcome basket of goods. great location and nicely spaced out apartment. plenty of room for my family. We would most defiantly come again and stay here. cant fault anything, it was great :)

There’s so much love for detail, a lot of space and it has everything you need and more. The hosts were very friendly, communicative and helpful. As it was off-season it was very quiet and peaceful. We felt quite at home, especially our little daughter enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Excellent property and good value for money. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was large and well maintained, and it was in a good location.

Great location, easy 10 min walk to the beach, 5min walk to the bus stop and local shops/restaurants. Apartment was exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable beds, lots of towels, blankets and bed linen available, lovely welcome basket, we cooked for ourselves a couple of nights and the kitchen was easy to navigate. The air con was wonderful, the apartment had good Wi-Fi and stayed cool for much of the day. The outdoor space was great, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The apartment being set back a little from the main road meant is was quiet and away from the busy ‘tourist’ areas but close enough to walk everywhere, a lovely little retreat for the hotter parts of the day. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had an earlier flight and the transfer company they recommended were great, good price for the private transfer 85euro each way. Brilliant holiday and a great little find ?

We had a lovely long weekend here. It was peaceful, yet so close to the beach and restaurants, and bus stops. It was extremely clean. I would definitely return. We didn’t get chance to use the pool but I’m sure in summer it’s perfect. We loved that there is has a front and back porch so you get the sun all day long! There was a gorgeous welcome basket with wine and fruit waiting for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated too!

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment, located at the same time at the heart of Alcúdia while still offering really quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, everything was clean and well maintained and the communication was quick, friendly and very informative. Perfect for a familya group of friends.

the flat was great, quiet location and really cute. superb location near the beach and supermarket. having two terraces was amazing we could really relax near the swimming pool and having really nice and private meals outside. the flat was extremely well equipped (even the beach towels!!) and the goodie bag on arrival was most welcome. the only improvement maybe having two tea towels instead of one ?
