Stayed Jun 1, 2025We spent 30 days in this property and absolutely loved it. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very near Perugia and well located to visit Assisi and many other towns in the Tuscan region as day trips. It is a short walk to town with a grocery store nearby and a lovely church 2 blocks away. The owner, Claudio, was super nice and very engaging and communicative. We got to know him and his lovely family quite well during our stay. The pool was great with a wonderful with a covered patio for dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay!

Stayed Jun 29, 2018Had a wonderful 2 weeks. Found a lovely pizza restaurant in town to watch the world cup. Owners and staff really friendly and food was amazing. Villa in a nice location close enough to walk into town. Lovely and clean. Pool was nice.
