Apartment in a quiet complex with a beautiful pool, sun terrace, fibre broadband

Richard was very nice, and Michelle on the spot was helpful. Amenities are nice as described.

Our stay at this property was excellent. A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a large sun terrace which overlooked the communal pool and had sea views. It is positioned roughly 5 to 10 min walk to the main resort area, but also has a number of bars and restaurants fairly close by. We would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Arrived at the property and it looked like it did in the photos massive big patio which was a lovely suntrap. The only problem was the pool. The water was all murky and sludge on the bottom. Put this down to the storm that had happened just before we arrived. So though okay they will be sorting it out. They started emptying it a few days later then nothing. I asked the lady who looked after the property what was happening. She told me that there was a leak in the pool. So for the rest of the holiday we had no pool. We were there for 47 days so this caused a bit of a dampner on our holiday. As the weather was really hot and nowhere to cool down. I understand that things like this is out of the owners hands but it would have been nice for them to have contacted us. Other than that the accommodation was fine..

From initial booking and questions, Richard, the host, was extremely quick to respond. Everything went according to plan. We booked the apartment for the two of us but then another couple joined us for a week.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment, which is very spacious,large bedrooms, lounge & eating area, in a good location, just minutes from some lovely restaurants.( we loved La Otra close by, Nameste, & Shanghai )The pool area is a good size, ( we dipped in January, lovely & fresh!) & was constantly cleaned lovely to see from the large apartment patio, which is a great sun trap, has a small gate down to the pool, ideal. Car parking space if you need, but the buses are good, & you can walk easily everywhere Response was quick from the hosts & we can thoroughly recommend staying here.

Home from home but with some sunshine. Lovely spacious apartment, with everything you need. Nice large outdoor space, true sun trap. Very short walk down to the quite pool area. Supermarket short walk away, parking space outside for apartment. Would i stay zgain.....absolutely.

Property was 10 minute walk from Las Cucharas beach in a quiet area of the resort. With easy access to a communal swimming pool and a large, sheltered patio area, this two bedroomed holiday home was ideal for a week in the sun.

Perfectly placed location if wanting a quiet relaxing stay but within a short walking distance for the beach, restaurants etc Very large terrace, perfect for the sunshine all day, but still a shaded area if you wanted it. Wish we could have stayed longer, but there is always next time.

18 night stay, great property. Party of 2 aged 68/72. We knew no air con then hit freak heat in October. No issues, fans and through breeze perfectly adequate. Thank you Richard, Lorraine and Michelle for accommodating our arrival and departure times which was so helpful. Property as described. Knew location already hence choosing. We like a stroll down to front and supermarket very convenient. Pool is lovely. Vino on arrival also very welcome thank you. Will be our first choice of property when we return. As it says in description, location may be problem if mobility issue due to elevation. Suited us fine. Would start each day with a walk across front of the four beaches Charcos, Cucharas, Jabillo, Bastion and back. Love the resort.
