Its street starts at Avenida da Enseada Beach, right after passing Pitangueiras Beach, allowing access in 10 min. on foot or by car in less than 5 minutes. Building with 2 elevators and 24 hour concierge. There is wifi available in the common area of the building. Beach clean and very well evaluated by Cetesb next to the apartment.
