Apartment/ flat - Moneglia

This apartment has it all - beautifully furnished and decorated. Very comfortable. All necessary amenities including a very well equipped kitchen. Spectacular sea views from the balcony and terrace above and mountain views from kitchen and bedroom windows. It's walking distance from the town centre and the train station. Our host Adriana was very welcoming, helpful and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. It was a real privilege to stay two weeks in this lovely property.

Adriana was a great host! Amazing place to stay at for exploring the Cinque Terre area and nice to stay away from the crowds!

Adriana really couldn't have been more helpful. Our plane was nearly 2 hours late which meant a very late arrival in Moneglia. We were wondering what to do about food etc, but when we arrived Adriana had left us a variety of breakfast food and general goodies to tide us over. She was also very helpful on which restaurants to use and on where to visit. The view from the apartment and in particular from the large roof terrace was superb. We spent most evenings enjoying a sun-downer watching the sunset over the sea and cliffs. It was a great location to visit the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Sestri Levante and the mountain villages. We hired a car but could have gone to most places on the train which was easy to use and reliable. The station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I must also mention Adrianna’s homemade Limoncello - delicious. We had a great stay!

Adriana was the best host. We only stayed here 2 days but wish we could have stayed much longer. The view of the sea from this flat was stunning, not only from your room but she had a terrace upstairs for an even better view. She had some lemon jam and and prosecco waiting for us when we arrived. She also invited us up to the terrace for social time with some friends she had in town from Sweden. This place is wonderful! We spent a fantastic week in the lovely little village of Moneglia. The apartment worked perfectly, we sat on the amazing roof terrace every evening, before going out to dinner and enjoyed the spectacular view. Adriana is a lovely hostess, very friendly and helpful and really does everything to give you a nice stay. We were also very fund of Moneglia as such, lots of nice cafes and restaurants, a very nice beach and a good starting point for hiking/walking. We would love to come back!

This is truely an Italian apartment by the sea! Adriana, the hostess is so kind and thoughtful! Delicious welcome gifts waiting for us and making sure we had everything we needed. The view and the rooftop deck are amazing! The charming village is a nice walk down the path right by the apartment, just remember if you go down, you'll have to go back up! It was perfect!! We spent a lovely weekend at Adriana's apartment. The flat has a stunning view and Adriana was such a nice and helpful host. She left us a bottle of Prosecco & a bottle of Limoncello in the fridge, local products ( Pasta, Pesto jars, homemade lemon marmalade) , delicious cookies, taralli and sweets. Wow! The town is lovely and it has the rail station if you would like to visit 5 terre. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our four day stay ended too soon! We fell in love with this small town with its beaches, surrounding trails and all the conveniences to make a our stay relaxing and truly authentic. The best part was Adriana's lovely apartment perched above the village with stunning views from every window. The property is meticulous with lovely furnishings and a kitchen that inspired many meals. Adriana shared local treats from the ligurian region and fresh lemons from her trees. The balcony and rooftop terrace, the sound of waves and birds singing, and the stunning views made our stay relaxing and memorable. Thank you Adriana for your warm hospitality and sharing this magical spot with us. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Moneglia, and Adriana's flat was the perfect place for us (myself and my two young adult children). Adriana was a wonderful host, picking us up from the train station and driving us back there when we departed. The views from the flat are even better than the photos show, with wonderful air and light. It was an easy walk into town, where we enjoyed the shops and restaurants and beaches. It was very easy to take the train down to the Cinque Terre for spectacular hiking. We were glad we chose to stay in Moneglia rather than right the Cinque Terre towns.

My boyfriend and I had the privilege of staying at this flat in Moneglia. Adriana was kind enough to pick us up at the train station, which was conveniently located a little over a mile away from the house. The flat was located on a hillside with breathtaking views from both the balcony and the rooftop terrace. Adriana was so kind to leave us some homemade Limmoncello, peach jam, pesto and pasta. All delicious I might add. We loved staying in Moneglia because it was out of the really congested areas in Cinque Terre, but so conveniently located to the Cinque Terra trails. Moneglia has a nice sand beach that is not far from the house, as well as a cute little seaside area full of shops, restaurants and a market. I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat and stay with Adriana again. This was such an amazing get away. Thank you Adriana for your kindness and accommodations. Ciao Ciao Maria & Jim
