Apartment/ flat - Firenze

Spacious apartment. Easily fit our family of 4 in. Location is great. 15 minutes walk to the train station. 2 minutes walk to see the gallery with David. 2 minutes walk to see the cathedral. Very clean. The host Stefano was very helpful guiding us from the train station to his apartment then gave us information about local food places and tour attractions.

This is an excellent location just 2 blocks from the main Duomo. It is stairs only, but just one flight up. Stefano was very diligent to contact me a couple of days before to find out when I would arrive so he could meet me. Be aware that Florence street numbers are very strange. Businesses will have a small share tile with their number in black. Residence numbers are slightly larger tiles with numbers in blue. Mapping software assumes you want a business and guides to that door. In this case, the residence is about 150 meters further out from the Duomo near the end of that 2nd block. I would definitely stay here again if I go back.

I can't believe we forgot to put this review in sooner, but this really was the best place we've stayed in. The location was amazing, and Stefano was so helpful, and always there if needed. He was kind and caring, even helped with getting a taxi to the airport at the end of the trip. There was one flight of stairs, which was manageable, but Stefano did come at the end of the trip to help my mom with her suitcase. So many amazing restaurants nearby, and the proximity to the duomo can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again, and I'm sharing this with everyone I know who is planning a trip to Florence. The apartment was a decent size, has everything you needed and was very clean. Perfect for a long term stay

Five stars: Family of four stayed for a week. We loved the easy access to the old town and using the tram from the airport was very simple. Kind host, reliable WiFi, spacious for an old town apartment, comfy bed in the bedroom, quiet overnight in the bedroom (kids were in the front room but the neighborhood in general seemed quiet after dark, they slept fine). Kitchen has two burners, but we did tons of cooking... we had what we needed. We walked everywhere and loved our time in Florence. The only discrepancy is the listing accidentally said it had a washing machine (it doesn't but the laundromat was a short walk away, not a hassle at all). We would definitely stay again. The apartment is way better than what I saw in the pictures, is ultra comfortable, and is ultra well located close to everything of main interest. Inside very complete with all the amenities included. Strongly recommended! :)

The apartment was situated in a convenient location to walk from the train and the major attractions without being in the heart of the congested areas. It was very clean and was easy to live in during our stay. It also had everything we needed with the exception of a washing machine (but a self-service laundromat is nearby). Stefano was also a very gracious host. He was very friendly, was happy to help us, and was responsive to questions that came up during our stay. I highly recommend his apartment and will stay there again the next time I am in Florence if his place his available.

My Mother is a very nice person, and I felt very sorry when we got to this place, it was very very dirty and smelled terrible, the bathroom had poo ? my Mother had to wash the bathroom before we can use it, I really thought wasn't fair not telling, the guy charge us 140 Euros more because we got there at 9:00 pm and he told us we had to pay some taxes, very strange because it had to be cash, Firenze is beautiful, but I don't recommend this place to anybody,

Stefano was a super host. He met us and gave us local tips and sites to see. He was helpful in pointing out the local markets and such. The location was superb as it was within walking distance of everything. Very unique layout and had just the right amenities for our stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment is situated in a very Good location, close to the museums and cathedrals, very clean. We had a nice experience.

It is a great location to all the attractions, trains and coaches. Clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is no washing machine although on the listed items. The bedroom is quiet, but there is a nightclub opposite.
