The area is perfect for a winter getaway. The ski bus stop is 100 meters from the house. A 5-minute drive to the city center. The cheapest and best supermarket is nearby. Access to all slopes is also very convenient. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, and everything is included.

it was such a good location , close to cortina. Host was especially helpful and the neighbours were ever so kind. I hope the host can pass on my happiness of having such kind neighbours. Till next time. I hope to be back.

Perfect apartment near Cortina for a familly

We loved the location. It was easy to get to from SS51. It was located just out of town, with a walking path across the street (5 miles round trip). It was peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. If the weather had cooperated, we could have enjoyed the balconies more!

Appartement has everything you need. Fully equiped kitchen, washingmachine. Nicely furnished, good beds. Supermarket nearby. Allesandra is very welcoming host!

It was a great stay, the apartment makes you feel like at home. Alessandra is very kind and helpful owner, she came in five minutes after we phoned her at our arrival. She was very patient to answer our questions about the region. Our stay was very pleasant and without any problem. There is a table with chairs both in the kitchen and in the living room, sofa and beds are comfortable. Terrace is at three world sides with beautiful views. The kitchen is excellently equipped. In the living room there are many books and leaflets about the region. Everything was functional and clean. Excellent location at the edge of Cortina and at the same time on a quiet place with parking next to the house. We were excited by the place.

Hello, we had a one week vacation during the first half of October mainly for hiking. This apartment is located at the second floor of a nice family house in a green surrounding about 2.5 km south of Cortina. The place is very calm although SS-51 road is not far so still very convenient. Furniture look charming, is in a good state and quite complete (decent wifi included). Only issue we found was 2 burners in the kitchen had some malfunction. Nice attention giving DVD, books and high quality maps related to the Dolomites and particularly Cortina d’Ampezzo area. One more book about Vie Ferrate could be added to this fine collection. Despite not being hillside you’ll have views on the main mountain groups around Cortina. The place is quite sunny up to late afternoon. Coming off-season for hiking I would say the location was great. In August it might be a bit difficult to go shopping in Cortina and same goes for Winter related to ski-lifts accessibility. It is a valid choice if you are looking for a peaceful environment and definitely good value for money. Communication with our host Alessandra was very easy and I am likely to go back there to further explore the Dolomites.

Communication with Alessandra was very good. We enjoyed having the space - it made it very restful. The apartment is slightly outside Cortina which we enjoyed because Cortina can be very very busy. It's a perfect place for Summer hiking with many walks within easy reach. We would very happily return to stay again. Stuart and Elly

An excellent apartment located in very quiet and green surroundings just 7 minutes by car from the very center of Cortina. The apartment is spacious, clean, and cosy. It is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. An excellent quality-price ratio! Last but not least: The apartment owner has been very friendly and helpful.
