At about 5 km from Notre Dame de Monts (biotiopa, farm Daviaud), about 10 km from the bridge of Noirmoutier, the passage of Gois (the sea recedes leaving a road according to tide times) and the pier for fishing. Ile d'Yeu without forgetting the Puy du Fou at about 1h.

Walks in the forest, pedestrian and cycle tracks.

Parking space, bike storage, on the first floor of a small residence with lift.

The apartment consists of a fitted kitchen, a dining room with a large bay window overlooking a south-west facing balcony and sea views, a living room with a sofa bed 140, a room with a bed of 140, a room with 2 bunk beds of 80, a room of water, a W. C, a clearing with cupboards.
