Stayed Jul 27, 2022Very helpful and friendly host. Saw that we had bikes on the back of the car and stored them overnight in his garage to make sure they were safe. Le Portel is a nice place with plenty of places to eat and of course a nice view of the sea. The view from the apartment was fantastic and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We used it as a stopover before travelling further south and can highly recommend it

Stayed Aug 26, 2019Lovely little flat. Perfect location, overlooking the sea, just behind the beach. We stayed for an overnight stop before crossing the channel and it ticked all the boxes. Extended the holiday rather than just a break in the journey. Flat was very clean and had everything we needed.

Stayed Jun 1, 2019Apartment is basic but spotlessly clean, well equipped and with a great view (we were lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful sunset). Serge is a very friendly and helpful host; however he was expecting us to pay €15 for bed linen and towels, whereas the Homeaway website states that they are provided (a reason for us staying there). Eventually sorted out amicably but the Homeway site needs to be corrected.
