Apartment Boulevard 205 with Sea View, Pool, Balcony, Terrace & Garden

Pros: It was lovely to see and hear the sea. Apartment right on the sea front with doors from both lounge and bedroom. Plenty of hot water and good shower, comfy beds (think need some new bed linen), abundance of towels. Some bars below, very friendly staff and a great new restaurant Aire, reasonably priced. .. just underneath our apartment. Lift goes to zero, street level with Carrefour a short walk away or -2 comes out between bars right on to the promenade into town A small but adequate kitchen with some condiments left, salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee. Small deep freeze compartment in fridge. Never troubled with noise from bars The host was very welcoming and answered our queries almost immediately (had a little trouble with TV and she was round straight away to sort out). Cons: We can’t walk so far and it was just a bit far from town for us. Probably fine for someone younger and fitter. A very pleasant walk in other direction along the coast leading to a nice green area with sculptures and a water wheel Minor niggle … only one toilet roll and we were there for a month. No shower or hair shampoos

We enjoyed our week in this apartment. The host met us and oriented us to the apartment. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the flexible check-out time.The apartment is getting pretty tired and worn. A refurb would be a good idea. The common key should perhaps be replaced. It's very sharp and I cut a finger on 2 different occasions, when pulling the keys out of my bag.Some repair work had been done on the toilet before our arrival and the bathroom hadn't been serviced afterwards, so no toilet paper, litter bin half full of someone else's trash, dirty floor, and smelly. Also, many of the dishes and utensils had to be re-washed before we could use them.The seafront location is nice, the terrace is spacious, and it's easily walkable to the town centre, beach, and Carrefour supermarket (right next door).

Pros: GREAT LOCATION WITH A GREAT VIEW

Pros: We enjoyed every aspect of the apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony the views were amazing and if the temperature got to high there were blinds that you could bring down. The apartment was next door to a supermarket so shopping was never a problem, the air conditioning was so very quiet and worked very well. I really cannot fault anything about this apartment and would highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing to say here.

Pros: Lägenheten var som vi hade trott. Allt fanns och allt fungerade bra. Hade varit trevligt om lyset fugerat på gården samt alltid lyst vid entreporten.

Pros: Het appartement is ons prima bevallen . Schoon en voldoende ruimte , compleet ingericht. Erg fijn ook dat er informatie over de omgeving en leesboeken aanwezig zijn. De ligging direct aan zee is heerlijk. Ook de huur van de auto is prima geregeld door Mieke. We hebben niet alle uitstapjes kunnen doen, daarvoor was onze vakantieperiode te kort. We zijn wel echte Italiegangers en moesten wennen aan de vele appartementencomplexen . Andalusië is een prachtige streek en zeker de moeite waard om nog eens te bezoeken .

Pros: I would go back to this apt. anytime. The property was very well describe. The pictures in the advetising show the real thing. It was quiet, near of services and very well equiped. The owners were very helpul and very generous with there time. I would recommand!

Pros: De appartementen overtroffen onze verwachtingen. Hoewel de foto's en info op de site al een positief beeld geven is de werkelijkheid nog mooier. De twee uitgangen,naar de straat of het strand, perfect. De ligging 3 minuten van de Carrefour en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum is ideaal. Het uitzicht vanuit je appartement (bed) : 't laatste puntje Spanje-Gibraltar en Marokko wat wil een mens nog meer.

Pros: We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een goed appartement, strand, zwembad, gezellige boulevard, Carrefour voor de boodschappen naast de deur en Estepona is een heel fijn Spaans dorp. We hadden een huurauto en hebben mooie tochten in de omgeving gemaakt. Kortom alles bij elkaar een heerlijke vakantie.
