This comfortable maisonette apartement is located in the main village «Compatsch», in the valley of Samnaun. The municipality of Samnaun consists of 5 villages and together with the Tyrolian municipality of Ischgl, it forms the «Silvretta Arena» - the biggest skiing and snowboarding area in the eastern alpine region, providing about 250 kilometers of ski slopes. The «Haus zur Post» is well accessible by, the bus stops of PostBus and SamnaunBus are within close proximity. Public transportation within the Samnaun valley is free and takes you to the valley station of the mountain railway as well as the various bus stops in the other four villages in just a few minutes. In winter time, the valley run leads directly to the village «Compatsch». In summer time, Samnaun offers a vast variety of hiking paths (250 km) as well as biking trails (150 km) which makes it an attractive destination for both activities. With its sauna facility and steam bath, the «Alpenquell water park» is known to be the highest public spa center in Switzerland and is only five minutes by foot away from the «Haus zur Post».
