Apartment 8pax / 63m terrace in full Val d'Europe, Disneyland 10min (TAGE 5)

Would definitely book this apartment again. It was clean, spacious (even if there had been more of us) and well equipped. Good location for Val d’Europe, with restaurants and a very nice boulangerie patisserie just a short walk away.The bonus was the large terrace, accessible through from the lounge and the master bedroom French doors, which was not only spacious, but equipped with a large table (10 chairs), a couple of sun beds and a kids area with a smaller bistro style table and chairs.All the windows, apart from the kitchen were fitted with exterior roll-down shutters, so these could be left down with the windows wide open for ventilation as it was so warm during our stay - air conditioning would have been great, but we just about managed with the supplied fans (though we bought a couple more of the misting type and brought them home)The complex appeared to be very secure - code required to access the gates, the apartment key was some form of electronic-coded key that also gave access to the building and use the lift, and a key fob to enter and exit the underground parking. We only had the one car (Renault Espace) but the apartment has two spaces allocated to it, which made it easier to park - a bit of nifty manoeuvring required to park.

Property was well appointed for a group of 2 families, although quite a long walk from the train station so we found Uber the most effective transport to and from Disney

Apartment was very clean and spacious and the location was good for getting to Disneyland - short train or bus ride away. Had a mixed experience with the communications from the Property Owners/Letters - some e-mails not answered until I chased and sometimes responses were a bit abrupt, which made me anxious about the booking, but all was fine when we arrived and check-in was easy. When booking this apartment you have to pay 500 Euros at the time of paying the final balance (a month before your arrival date) in case of any damage - this is refunded after the holiday but this took more than a week from our return date - so in total they kept our money for over 6 weeks, meaning I had to pay the credit card I had put the deposit on. I do think 500 Euros is excessive and I would rather have this put on my credit card during check in than when paying the balance a month before. For me, this is the main downside to this apartment as overall it is a great apartment and good value for money.

Clean, spacious and well equipped appartment only a 2 minute walk from Val D'Europe shopping center and a 15-20 min walk to Disneyland. I would definately stay again and would highly recommend for families.
