The approx. 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor and was rebuilt in 2012. The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location directly on the beech coast forest not far from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The apartment with south-facing balcony extends over 2 floors and offers plenty of space for a family. It is ideal for allergy sufferers. For this reason, pets are not allowed.

In the village near the train station, the Karls Erlebnisdorf was reopened this year. Take a look at the link. There is everything for the little ones that is fun.

Your numbered parking space is directly in front of the house.

The apartment is equipped with 2 flat-screen TVs (42 inches and 32 inches, digitalHD), AppleTV, Teufel sound system with Bluetooth function for pairing with your smartphone, tablet or similar devices (you can get a quick guide via a PDF file) , Internet WLAN router (fast DSL connection), ventilation system, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and everything else you need (should something be missing, please report right away, we will take action immediately).

There is a shed to safely park the bikes.

For a visit to the nearby Hanseatic city of Greifswald (30 minutes by car or with the UBB or by bike), we would be happy to give you some tips on where to find the best pizza and a cappuccino that is worth the money. The same applies to trips to the Imperial Spas, Rügen, Hiddensee, Stralsund or Rostock.

Biking is wonderful on the island (via the imperial baths all the way to Poland along the beach / coastal forest), whereby Koserow is ideally suited to return from the hustle and bustle, relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea. There are countless ways to stop along the way for a serving of fresh fish, a rosé or a cool light (all with a view of the sea). There are playgrounds, sports and rest areas everywhere.
