    The accommodation was acurately described with fast Wifi, good heating and plenty of hot water and prompt and helpful communication with the owner. Less good was that the property was not as clean as I had expected but my main issue is that the booking was advertised with parking, but no designated parking was available. Part of the reason for chosing this accommodation was that parking was advertised but this was not so.

    Pros - good price but 7 night minimum - lovely location in the heart of Saint Martin, close to a supermarket and restaurants. - perfect size for 2 people - had all the kitchen utilities that you needed - close to the slopes which is perfect - great communication with the owner, we booked it on the 25th December and arrived late on the 26th so thank you! Cons - would be tight for 4 people - we were given 1 used toilet roll (so not much left on the roll when we arrived) for one week for 2 people. You would usually be given 2 full rolls at least. - don't expect a comfortable bed. Overall, it was lovely and just what we needed for this particular trip so for this reason I would recommend this apartment. I would also recommend Saint Martin as a location/town.
