Stayed Dec 31, 1969Appartamento molto tranquillo,pulitissimo .La casa e' fornita di ogni cosa possa servire .C' eravamo gia' stati e ci torneremo .Un meritato apprezzamento per la signora A. che ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We checked in, great apartment , central location and very clean ! We left a 200.00 deposit with a representative for Damages and on check, we were then told of a 12.00 Euros charge for gas, and extra charges for towels ! . Never mentioned and never documented anywhere . My husband Italian after a very uncomfortable exchange with the representative who was very rude , eventually refunded our full deposit . Be Careful .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We checked in, great apartment , central location and very clean ! Stayed Dec 31, 1969La casa è molto più accogliente di quanto non sembri dalle foto.La posizione è centrale ma nonostante ciò silenziosa.Ha superato le mie aspettative.L'unica pecca è data dal riscaldamento che a causa degli infissi datati deve funzionare sempre, se si vuole stare al caldo.Alla fine quindi ci siamo trovati, com'era prevedibile, a dover pagare delle spese per il riscaldamento piuttosto alte.Comunque se si vuole passare una vacanza rilassante è il posto ideale per farlo.Ci torneremo.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pluspunkte: sehr zentral, relativ kurze Wege zu Geschäften, Bäckereien und den wunderschönen Bogengängen. Ca 2 min Fussweg zum Bahnhof(wir reisten mit der Bahn) sehr geräumige Whg mit einer großen Wohnküche. Es war alles drin was man brauchte.Betten sehr gut.Frau XXX sehr nett(Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos) Minuspunkt: durch das enge Bauen dort war die Whg sehr dunkel. Das war für mich als sehbehinderter Mensch schwierig.Balkonmöbel uralt und nicht nutzbar.kein wlan

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Appartamento confortevole per 5/6 persone. Comodo al centro e al mare, peccato che Chiavari non offra grande vita dopo le 8 di sera.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Zona centrale si raggiunge facilmente il mare ed il centro. casa in buono stato ideale per 2 famiglie senza prole oppure famiglia con prole. Unico problema parcheggi a pagamento nelle zone limitrofe
