Stayed Mar 17, 2023SOCCER FIELDS - 7 MINUTES AWAY PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AROUND WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER NETFLIX WORKED, BUT COULD NOT GET TV (COX) TO WORK AND WITH MARCH MADDNESS GOING ON - SUPER BUMMER. OWNER WAS NO HELP. PLACE HAD A SLIGHT SMOKE STENCH, BUT OVERALL CLEAN AND VERY NICE. COULD HAVE MORE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO LOCK DOOR WITH KEY AND WHEN TIME TO LEAVE FOR GOOD. OVERALL - CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND PERFECT PLACE TO STAY NEAR THE SOCCER FIELDS.

Stayed Mar 10, 2023The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager didn't email specific check in information until right before check in, which caused some anxiety. We were informed of a service call to check a clogged dryer vent 8 minutes before they arrived, and management went into the apartment when we were not there. That made us very uncomfortable, and felt that any maintenance should have waited until the property was vacant. The property manager might want to consider leaving a folder with pertinent information in it, such as check in and check out information, including how to lock the door after vacating the property. There were a couple glitches, but overall the property was clean and enjoyable.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023Property was clean. Beds were good. They did not communicate in the check in process the security gate code or the assigned parking space. Critical to have the gate code to enter the property. Kitchen had a Coffe maker but no Coffe cups. Did not have a cork screw to open wine. They did not supply soap in the bathrooms so I had to go buy soap. The down stairs neighbor obviously smokes a lot of marijuana. The odor from this was very strong in the apartment.
