The apartment is located on the third floor (in reality it is a second and a half floor) served by comfortable stairs and enjoys a beautiful view; you can see the sea, the historic center with the cathedral, and the fortress behind.

The rooms are large and bright; all have TV, bench for suitcases and air conditioning; the kitchen is well equipped and hasa comfortable regular double sofa bed measuring 160 x190 cm.

The apartment has free private parking, located at the foot of the building, right under the balcony, with access only for guests.

We are in the city center, just behind the main Via Roma and in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the beach, in 10 minutes in the historic center; 100 meters away there is a well-stocked supermarket and in the area also restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconist, bank, pharmacy, train station.

It is pleasant to be on the cool kitchen balcony even on the hottest days as the sun only arrives directly in the early morning and at sunset.

In the same building and on the same floor, there is another apartment, with two bedrooms, to see it, write the reference 6448829 in the destination on the homepage and start the search.

TOURIST TAX - According to the law in art. 4 of Legislative Decree n.23/2011, guests are required to pay the relevant tourist tax upon check-in, and it is my responsibility to collect it. The tourist tax to be paid is €2 per night per person, for the first 5 nights, in cash at check-in, children from 0 to 12 years are exempt, e.g. 3 people including 1 child aged 10, for a 7-night stay, will have to pay €20.

PHOTOS OF DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACT - According to the law of art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79), art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79) and art. 19 bis of Legislative Decree n. 113/2018, at check-in I am required to take a photograph of the document (identity card or passport) of all guests, and to have the contract filled out, i.e. a sheet with the summary of the booking data and signed.

AIR CONDITIONING - You are my guest and therefore I don't want you to feel hot, but... it is forbidden to set a temperature lower than 24°, and to leave the air conditioner on when you are not at home. At 24° the rooms cool down and you no longer feel hot. When outside is too hot as in summer, if you set a temperature lower than 24° the air conditioner cannot reach it because the difference is too great, instead what happens is that the air conditioner works under stress and produces a lot of water that doesn't drain well and that instead comes down from the split causing damage to the furniture it encounters. Air conditioners are available from June to September. Outside of this period, they can be provided for a fee of €7 per day per unit, to be paid in a single payment upon request.

WASTE - At check-out you will have to throw away the waste in the appropriate containers that I will communicate to you upon check-in. Of course you can also throw away the waste during your stay.

POSSIBLE SOFA BED LINEN KIT - The basic rental prices refer to two guests who only use the bedroom to sleep, in fact the linen kit that is provided includes, in addition to the bathroom set, only one set of sheets. If there are two of you and you also want to use the sofa bed to sleep, you have to pay a supplement of €15 for the rental of another set of linen.

CRIB AND TABLE SEAT - A cot and table seat are available upon request.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER, GAS, SMOKE, CO2 DETECTORS - At the moment, photos in the ad don't show the fire extinguisher, gas and smoke detector, and CO2 detector, as these were recently installed, at the end of the season.

    Great area close to supermarkets restaurants and train station. Our host Salvatore was fabulous always available if needed but also didn't bother you apartment was lovely everything we needed was there. Salvatore was great with information about places to go and restaurants to eat in. Would recommend trying White horse restaurant few minutes walk from apartment and Spinno heading towards old town Pizza was lovely. Would highly recommend this apartment if staying in Cefalu but do be aware there are trains running below apartment quite alot in summer didn't bother us at all.

    The apartment is ideal for location an views of the sea Perfect for any couple or family Five minute walk to the supermarket which has everything you want and another five minutes to the sea front promenade where you will find all the bars and restaurants Absolutely perfect for your holiday stay in Cefalu Brilliant Salvatore was very good updated us with everything before arrival and overall excellent host Thank you for everything Salvatore hope to come stay again soon

    We stayed here for a week and had a great time. Owner was easy to contact so check in/out easy and convenient. Apartment very clean, spacious, good view and nice balcony. Parking easy. Present walk along nice seafront to old town. Nice beach, tons of great restaurants. Highly recommend!!

    This is a good apartment for the price. Decor and fittings are what you would expect for a property of this price. Kitchen/diner and bedroom are good size, bathroom Ok, and there is plenty of storage space. Shower is good, and the bed is firm and comfortable. Balcony is good size with great view. Cefalu is a great place to visit, with beach, shops and endless eateries within easy reach. We loved it there. Beach about 5-10 mins, old town 10-15. Cefalu is a busy place and therefore not quiet, so the level crossing is not the only noise you will get, but we slept pretty well [I'm not a heavy sleeper]. Express trains are loud but I dont think they came through until around 8. Overall this is a great apartment for a couple. We will definitely go back to Cefalu, and would use this apartment if available.

    Our stay at Salvatores apartment was very nice. The apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The best thing is the very big balcony with the amazing sea view! Salvatore is a very nice and friendly person. He picked us up from the train station and replied very fast if we had any doubts. We will definitely coming back! Thank you Salvatore!!

    We have a really great time in Cefalu , the flat was very clean , very good location and the sea view was amazing. Thank you again for all your help,for coming to pick us from the airport too,Salvatore! We are coming back for sure next year.

    We arrived on Thursday at lunch time. Knowing we had a baby with us, the owner was really nice and picked up us with his car. The apartment itself was really beautiful and clean with all the commodity you want. The sea was only 5 mn walk as was the supermarket. But the best was the view from the balcony, the best view I had since coming to Cefalu (for the last 6 years). it was delightful to eat on that balcony every night.

    The apartment has all facilities you will need. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is large and sea facing. It was very clean on arrival. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the heart of the old town. There are lots of local shops and a good supermarket close by. Salvatore is friendly, honest and helpful. It's not a big issue, but trains run by just beneath the apartment, about every 15 minutes. If you like trains this will be fun, if not, come prepared!

    The appartment was very clean. There are large balconies on 2 sides of the building, one with very good sea views. The kitchen was well equipped. We could hear the train at the level crossing but it didn't bother us at all. The appartment is close to a supermarket & the beach. We didn't go to any restaurants in the immediate area - we mainly self-catered - but had a meal out at the Piazza Duomo & ate at a snack bar on Piazza Garibaldi. There seems to be mainly snack/takeaway food in the area immediately around the appartment. We strongly reccommend walking up The Rock - leave about 1 1/2 hrs for it. The Duomo is also worth looking at. As it rained badly for 2 days we didn't do much sightseeing, but the town is lovely for wondering around & drinking coffee as you go. Salvatore picked us up & dropped us at the train station - which is actually quite close to the appartment - and was very helpful.
