Welcome to Apartment 19 – a spacious, light-filled three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment just a short stroll from Taupo’s vibrant town centre and beautiful lakefront.

Ideal for families or small groups, this stylishly furnished apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining, and all the modern comforts you need to relax and recharge. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony or take a dip in the shared heated swimming pool* during the warmer months.

There are three bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms:
• Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds
• Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds

Please note:
This apartment is part of a quiet, family-friendly complex and is not suitable for parties or large groups of adults. A guest surcharge applies for more than four guests. Respectful, quiet enjoyment is expected at all times and any disturbances will be reported by neighbours.

Electric vehicle (including e-bike) charging is not permitted in the basement garage due to building safety regulations.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

    Have stayed here a couple of times now as it is perfect location for the Ironman event, short stroll to the start line, was also perfect for bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

    Great apartment in a central location. Had everything we needed and the secure carpark was great to keep our bikes safe. The property managment team were really helpful.
