Shops and restaurants are located at the foot of the residence, allowing you to fully enjoy all amenities without having to travel by car.With an area of 28 m2, the accommodation can accommodate up to four people. It is located on the second floor of a residence equipped with an elevator. The east-facing loggia offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the entrance to the port, making it a pleasant space for eating or relaxing.The stay includes a BZ bench with two 130 cm beds and a TV. The kitchen area is equipped with two city gas fires, a mini oven, a microwave and a refrigerator, making it easy to prepare all meals. The room has a double bed in 140 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and also includes the toilet.There is no washing machine.This apartment is an ideal location to enjoy a stay by the sea, in a pleasant and lively setting.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it and pick it up at the keys (kit double bed: 12.00 euros/ kit towels: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €). - High chair rental : 15 € week - Baby cot rental : 15 € week - You will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and will be required to make it before your arrival (no cash or cheque).
