A perfect apartment for our requirements

Everything was perfect for our needs, excellent communication, apartment exactly as described. Would not hesitate to stay again

Stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks in October, short distance to the beach, 5 min to go to the shop, 15 min from the airport, there was nothing missing in the apartment, sunny terrace until the sun went down :) got a quick answer when I contacted the assistant if anything was not ok. We had a great time, will be happy to return, and recommend this apartment to others. When we were going home, tourist information in the city was helpful in booking a taxi to the airport, which must be booked 2 days before the return journey.

Title: Our stay in Georges Ruault's vacation apartment in May 2023 was overall a positive experience. The apartment largely matched the details in the advertisement and offered us a cozy home for the duration of our stay. One of the highlights of the apartment is undoubtedly the sunny balcony terrace where we spent several relaxing hours. The location of the apartment is excellent, quiet yet within immediate proximity to the beach and supermarket. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed - from kitchen utensils to washing and cleaning supplies to beach equipment. This significantly facilitated our stay and stands out positively from many other holiday apartments. In other apartments, one often has to completely restock things like dishwasher tabs or laundry detergents, which is quite uneconomical for a short stay. We also appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the landlord and the readily reachable property manager. Both were very accommodating and contributed to us feeling comfortable during our stay. Another plus point was the excellent internet quality, which should certainly be interesting for remote workers. However, there were also a few points that could use improvement. The air from the air conditioner in the room with the bunk bed always had a musty smell, which prompted us not to use it. This was also true for the heating mode on rainy days in the master bedroom. Fortunately, the temperatures during our stay were mostly pleasant, so we weren't reliant on the air conditioner and didn't further address this. The view of the sea, shown in the advertisement, was blocked by a new building, which occasionally led to slight construction noise. Also, the nearby beach section did not appeal to us, it was muddy and littered with washed-up greenery. However, a clean beach was less than 1 km away and easily reachable by foot, so we still got our beach experience. Another minor point was the bed cover, which apparently was too small and kept coming loose. Overall, we would still recommend the apartment despite these minor flaws. Mr. Ruault provides an all-round carefree package with the complete equipment of his apartment, and the benefits definitely outweigh the mentioned points of criticism. We would like to thank our host for the lovely time we were able to spend in the apartment.

We stayed at the property for 3 weeks. It is very modern with all necessary amenities. The apartment is very close to all amenities and a very pleasant stroll to the Castilllo. The owners were always very quick to reply to any messages and were very helpful in all communications. I would stay here again.

Excellent apartment clean and very well equipped. Good location, sea view, short walk to supermarket, beach or town. Owners were very friendly and helpful.
