Great balcony and views A few issues with toilet and cooker

Excellent location, loads of space & plenty of appliances, equipment & utensils. Wasn’t too much of an issue for us as we’re only two, but for 4 people would be more of an issue. Shower room has curved shower door which needs attention as it makes a horrible noise when opening and also leaks water on the floor. Bathroom has a faulty flush, which the cleaner seemed to know about but it’s a real pain to get it reset each time. Needs fixing.

Large apartment and well equipped. Close to marina and shops/bars/restaurants. Shower room door was very squeaky, sun beds need new covers.

Very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely look to book it again Sink was blocking in bathroom

Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. Fabulous view from the balcony. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Air conditioning units were smelly and unhygienic. The bathroom was clean but not sanatised with disinfectant, therefore it smelled of bacteria. Vacuum cleaner needs a good clean. Kitchen tap had no pressure. The Valerie is a great apartment, but was looking tired and worn.

Finally an apartment that matched its description 100%! Incredible service - morning was too much hassle. Amazing location right in the hustle and bustle, but quiet and peaceful! The air conditioning didn’t work

The flat was in good condition,but unfortunately the management team did not have any knowledge of the conditions in the apartment, we were told there was no coffee machine, but there was indeed one. There was no garage remote control, we asked for it and they told us that maybe an old client took it, and did not solve our request. The double bed in one of the rooms was not leveled, it was two single beds with different heights. In the garage other neighbors were always stealing our car place, and even one day we parked outside because there were no places available and they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. One of the neighbors made a party and all there garbage/rubbish fell in our terrace, and the noise was awful. The flat internet was very bad and we need to use the building internet.

Apartamento muito bem equipado e com uma localização privilegiada. Sem dúvida que ter canais portugueses na televisão da sala é um ponto muito importante para quem viaja com crianças! O ar condicionado fica muito aquém do expectável.

the house was beautiful the terrace was just lovely and it just made our trip very comfortable. The house had everything even a cleaning service was a big plus. Everything was just perfect. Didn’t wanna leave the house.

Well stocked, clean and spacious apartment. Lovely balcony. Really close to the marina and beach. Clothes dryer needs replacing
