Located on the ground floor, comprises entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one en suite, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and a large terrace.
The living room has two distinct areas, the living and dining areas. The living area has 2 sofas, a coffee table and is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. The dining room is next to the kitchen and has a 6-seater dining table with 6 chairs and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with the following appliances, fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven, filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle and dishwasher and washing machine.
The suite has a double bed, bathroom with bathtub, wardrobe, air conditioning and a large window with an electric blind.
The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and window.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one for service that supports the living room and one of the bedrooms and another private one inserted in the suite.
This apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. For babies, upon request, we have a travel bed and a high chair. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.
The terrace offers a fantastic view of the garden and swimming pools and has outdoor furniture, table and chairs, where you can enjoy a good morning breakfast.
The pool has sunbeds, duly marked, belonging to the apartment. The main pool in the central area of the development is a great complement after the beach, the water temperature is around 24º, satisfying the most chilly ones.
The lawned garden, with good sun exposure, is perfect for sunbathing and for children to play and run around.
Praia Maria Luisa is located just 10 to 15 minutes away on foot and Albufeira is 2 km away. Nearby you will find several restaurants, bars, shops, some with free wi-fi and a supermarket.
The area is ideal for families and couples who prefer to be close to all amenities, in a quiet and peaceful area, between Olhos de Água and Albufeira, and a short distance from the beach.
This area of the Algarve coast offers a number of beaches with the Blue Flag, a symbol of quality assurance, Maria Luísa is the closest and is within walking distance. The Aldeamento has parking in a private garage and a tennis court, available by appointment.

The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.
Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.
We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

Very nice, clean and relaxing
This was our second year staying for a month. Same apt complex but different unit this year. Both units were great except this year we were facing the pool so enjoyed that view better but overall excellent.

Had a wonderful stay, from booking to checking out was great! Have stayed on the complex before but this was the best by far! Apartment was fully equipped and spotlessly clean! Had everything you needed. We have already booked to return in the summer!
We booked our apartment for 5 weeks from end of September into November 2018. It was a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment on the ground floor with an underground parking space which was very easy to get into but a little harder to get out of!! The apartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival and was pleasantly well equipped - a hand blender was a nice surprise. No juicer, no cheese grater and no hairdryer, but most other things supplied. Despite a super modern smart TV, there was no UK TV and internet was via a mobile dongle which was fine for emails, social media etc but we didn't feel able to stream much. We had driven to Portugal so had brought quite a few extras ourselves to make the place a little more homely. There is only one wardrobe available as the other is kept locked. It was fine for just two of us but when we had friends to stay space was a bit tight. The apartment has a nice little terrace and a small garden of its own (a strimmer is supplied to cut the grass - as we were there for 5 weeks that was necessary!) and you just walk down a path to the beautiful pool. The gardens are kept very tidy and the pool is crystal clear. It's a funny system with sunbeds - each apartment supplies its own. We had four on the terrace and had to carry them to the pool to use them. Lots of people leave the beds around the pool so it does look a little untidy despite notices around the pool not to do so. Luckily it was not far for us to carry them and we left them at the pool for the duration of our stay as it was not a busy time of year. Not sure what it would be like in August! At our time of the year, a large pine tree took a lot of our morning sun (the apartment faces east so only gets sun in the morning) this would not be an issue in the summer but was rather a disappointment for us. We loved the position of the apartment, so close to some great budget restaurants in Olhas and about a 15 minute walk to Maria Luisa beach. If you're a golfer, you can walk across the road to a 9 hole golf course and also a bowling green. It is exactly 1km to a good Intermarche supermarket, and lots of buses run from just a few hundred metres away. Lots of positives though and the actual apartment was great. Quite a number of residents live there permanently and were really friendly and helpful; finally, the apartment manager Sergio is very efficient, pleasant and always on the end of an email or phone if necessary.
