Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.



Note 5. When it is possible to authorize a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 13:00 and €160 until 16:00.
