Stayed Jun 8, 2025Pros: amazing location! Beach front. Gorgeous area. Building was great, roof top pool had the best view, the kitchen was well stocked, place was clean, shower was fantastic. Next door to a market, bakery, multiple restaurants, pharmacy.Cons: second bedroom gets very warm (it was winter. Can’t imagine in the summer). We brought the living room fan to the room and it helped some. The main bedroom bed is super hard. According to my research it is an “orthopedic mattress”, seems to be very expensive and preferred by many Brazilians. In practice it feels like a wood board with some thin layer of cushion on top. It hurt my back too bad, so I ended up on the couch in the living room. I would recommend maybe having a foam top or similar to keep in the closet for those who are not used to it.
