Welcome to Anchor View, a luxury penthouse apartment offering stunning sea and estuary views out towards Shaldon and across the Teign estuary.

Accommodating up to six, the modern styled apartment provides the perfect base to explore Teignmouth. With two double bedrooms, one with king-size double bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC, and the other with twin beds. There is also a king-size sofa bed in the spacious living room. The family bathroom has a large P-shaped bath with overhead shower, large basin and WC.

The living area is open plan with dining, plenty of seating, 65 smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout. Large bi-fold doors open out on to the balcony which is 7.1 metres wide and has plenty of comfortable outside seating from which the fabulous views can be enjoyed.

There are many beaches, coastal and countryside walks nearby, the popular 'Back Beach' is less than a 5-minute walk away, and with bustling bars, restaurant, cafes, shops and pubs, it's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Devon weather.

The Grand Banks development is located next to a west coast railway line so guest may encounter some daytime noise from the trains, but the trains do not run overnight. For stream train enthusiasts this is a great location for watching the Devon’s steam trains that regularly pass through Teignmouth during the spring and summer seasons.

Allocated parking for 2 vehicles is available in the secure underground car park. Guests can use an EV charging point in the underground car park which is available for 3-hour charging slots. There are 3 flights of stairs and a lift from the car park to the apartment. The property is accessible with a wheelchair.

    We very much enjoyed our stay, apartment was lovely the owners had thought of everything. Very conveniently located. Only downside was if you were sitting on the balcony you would have to stop talking as the trains passed. It is in the particulars and it wouldn’t stop me returning.
