Anchor on 23rd Bayside Condo

The condo itself was very nice and modern, however the smell from the air freshener was unbearable so we had to put it outside during our stay. The building itself has an old smell as well as if it used to be a smoking establishment. Also if you plan on using the oven bring potholders as there were none when we were there, not a huge deal just a suggestion.

I was pleasantly surprised at how cute and clean this condo was. It looks better than in the pictures, and is a little roomier, too (the couch is now in a different spot that I think works better). The beds were very comfortable. The location is also great - the Beach Bus stops right out front ($3 exact fare per person lets you ride all day) and there are two mini golf courses - one next door and one across the street. There is also a jet ski rental place just around the corner (Top Gun Watersports, which was great) - it was so nice to be able to just walk over there. I also thought the walk to the beach was easy - only 3 blocks. There are also several restaurants very close by, including Phillips. The balcony is cute with nice furniture on it, but we weren't able to use it because the air conditioner blows out its hot air directly onto it, unfortunately. Be advised that you have to bring your own towels! You also have to make the beds yourself and take the sheets back off at the end of your stay (bed linens are provided but it's contactless due to COVID). In the kitchen, dish soap is provided but no brush or sponge for washing dishes, so you'll need to bring your own. Patrick is very responsive to messages and the instructions to get into the building were clear and easy to follow, except that the label on the lock box is no longer yellow and the writing on it is quite faded - a refresh would be great. Overall this is a great little place and I'd stay here again!

Only thing I wish it had was a washer/dryer in the condo. Other than that , the place was perfect!

Great location for the festival. Safe, easy walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc.

Really cute place, perfect location. Only down side was sand covering the entire floor, very annoying. Although there is an elevator it’s slow so we used the stairs, not a bad thing just noteworthy.

Stay was easy, met our needs. affordable. Host was accountable and responsive. Close in proximity to the beach and just outside the busy boardwalk. Close to eateries and golf and activities. Would stay again.

Wonderful location on the bay. Two blocks from the beach. Mini golf right there. Perfect spot for my family.

Beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach and boardwalk. The condo was very clean and suited all I needs.

Took my daughter for her 5th birthday. The ocean access was about a 3min walk. Place was very clean and comfortable. I forgot to bring bath towels. So please remember to bring bath towels and wash rags! Other than that it was a beautiful place to rent. Owner was VERY helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Room was clean and a great size. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time in Ocean City, MD!

The apartment overall was fine and was adequate for our needs. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go (beach, restaurants, boardwalk) The negatives are the awful cigarette smell when you enter the building and elevator, the floor of the apartment was really dirty, and if the AC was turned on the balcony was useless because of the hot air blowing on you.

I loved how it was so close to everything very convenient at the same time kept tou far enoughaway from all the noise. Definitely would recommend and stay again

Nice place, clean and good location. Had to clean ac filter, ac is in a bad spot because it blew directly on you while sleeping and blew hot air while on balcony.I would rent again.
