The room was beyond perfect and extremely clean. It was also stocked full of supplies you may have forgotten for a fun time at the beach!

What a wonderful, cozy place to stay ! It was in such a great location, direct oceanfront . ( what more can you ask for) The place was spotless with so many thoughtful small touches to help make our stay perfect . We are SWFL residents and stayed here as a base to visit St. Augustine and the Kennedy Space Center. We wish we had more time to enjoy the property and the beach. The homey touches in the unit made us comfortable. Everything you need was provided. We will definitely be back

We spent some time at the beach and toured the speedway - I am not a race fan but I highly recommend this tour. We visited the lighthouse and took a day trip to St Augustine about an hour away. Samantha’s place was welcoming and clean with lots of nice extra touches like snacks and toiletries available. The view of the sunrise was spectacular and the beach access was right at the bottom of the stairs from the front door and perfectly viewed from the back door. Breakfast at Adam and Eggs was delicious.

What a great little place for a weekend trip to Daytona Beach. Lots of extras to save trips to the store. Close to everything. Beach view off of large balcony was great. Thanks for sharing your place as your guests.

Owner Very attentive to details, thoughtful unexpected items and treats like cotton percale sheets, rather than the microfiber sheets that seem commonplace being provided at most other short term rentals. Easy access to the beach.

Great condo, great location!

Property was exactly as described and represented in photos. Host was extremely responsive and attentive. Unit was clean and well decorated. Will definitely stay there again.

Our recent booking at this property left us with mixed feelings. Upon arrival, we encountered some unexpected challenges. The parking lot had a few individuals loitering around, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, navigating to the apartment proved to be quite tricky as it was tucked away and signage was absent.On the positive side, once we found the apartment, it was spotless and well-maintained. The cleanliness was commendable and much appreciated. However, it is worth noting that the building itself is quite old, which might not appeal to everyone. Some residents and guests seemed somewhat questionable. As we were exiting our car, a gentleman walked out of the unit directly in front of the parking space. We could see inside his apartment through the door and open window and, I'm not trying to be unkind, his apartment was disgusting. In summary, while the apartment itself was clean and would have met our basic needs, the overall experience was somewhat marred by the older building and the atmosphere in the surrounding areas. We requested that one night be refunded, to which the owner promptly responded no. We expected the response with full unde

Owner goes above and beyond, like being home

Our stay, while short, was fantastic! The space was clean, very nicely decorated and furnished, and there was a beautiful view from the porch! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

We had a great short stay. Sunrises were incredible and Samantha is great!

Our flight was very delayed but checking in was a breeze. The condo is exactly as shown. The extras like toiletries and snacks were helpful as we spent most of the days at the track. The sunrises were lovely. The neighborhood is safe and has easy access to gas stations and grocery stores. Samantha is a very attentive host checking in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed once we arrived and what to expect when we left.

Beautiful and very cozy

We ended up in unit 254 instead of 265 due to an issue with the condo hot water system. Unit 254 was not direct ocean front; however, it did have a nice ocean view. We really liked 254. It was a great location and the unit was well appointed and very clean. We would stay in this unit again.

Property is in a great location. Easy access to both beach and mainland. Walkable beach or Atlantic Ave to Main St Pier area. Samantha was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Condo was perfect, beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Great place for a couple nights. We are getting elderly so did not care for 2nd floor. Hospitality was outstanding we had a great Host

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing place! The view from the balcony and the sunrises are to die for! Samantha is such a great host and leaves extra amenities in case you forget anything. She also is just a phone call away if you have any issues or need anything which is super helpful! The ease of parking and checking in is great as well. The deck to get down to the beach and second pool are not complete just yet from the previous hurricanes a couple years ago but they definitely have made some head way in the last year since the last time we stayed here. You are still able to get down to the beach from the side of the building which wasn't a big deal to us. Everybody we have encountered being there are super friendly as well! When you stay here, you definitely need to try Adams Egg which is just steps away from the room. Absolutely delicious!! Thank you again Samantha for another perfect vacation for my husband and I. We can't wait to come back!!

The apartment is great. Comfy bed, amazing view, all the necessities in the kitchen, and super clean! The host is awesome and quick to respond to any question. Highly recommend and will stay here again.
