Lovely 1-bedroom, 2nd-floor seafront apartment in the centric Eden Roc II building, with unbeatable sea views over the entrance to the Puerto Deportivo (marina).

Location is its forte; overlooking the Paseo Marítimo, it stands a stone's throw away from the beach, and all amenities, shops, bars, and restaurants you may wish. There is no communal swimming pool.

Accommodation comprises: entrance to the building with a concierge from Monday to Friday; lift access to the 2ndfloor; spacious living/dining room with sofa-bed and flat-screen TV with international channels, leading to the generous terrace with magnificent sea views; separate small fitted kitchen with electric hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.; spacious bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes; and a separate bathroom with shower cabinet and fitted washing machine.

The linen, a set of towels for each guest, and a beach pool towel are included in the rental price.

The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

    This was our second stay in this lovely, well equipped apartment. It has amazing views from the balcony and is in an ideal location, with an abundance of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Once again, excellent communication with the agents

    Not kidding on that part! It is the only building that is absolute frontline on the boardwalk with no restaurant in front. Beach right there.The lobby is immaculate and Alexandro who is building manager was very helpful. A sweet little apartment with superb view of the water and great for people watching. Nice big terrace which is what this visit is really all about. Shall be back.

    A lovely apartment with spectacular views from the balcony. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and with good wi-fi. Excellent communication with the agents. Would happily return.
