Stayed Mar 22, 2025This is a nice studio apartment, but very small. The building is very old. Disappointed that the pool is closed and it is not mentioned in the listing. There is alot of work being done on the building which was noisy and required parking areas to be marked off. Very pricy considering the circumstances.

Stayed Jan 25, 2024So happy to have found this place. Have stayed in Daytona several times and can say this property surpassed all expectations. Modern decor, beach side, walkable to many restaurants and directly on the beach. Loved listening to waves crashing and ocean sunrises. Host was very communicative. Will seek to stay here in the future.
