Amazing downtown studio w/shared deck/full kitchen/WiFi close to everything

Very good location with easy walking to Pike Street market, moPop, Chihuly Glass and Garden and Space Needle. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Went for Mariners weekend. Very walkable to ballpark. Great patio and amenities.

Location in the heart of downtown Seattle. Bathroom floor laminate was coming apart. Bathroom ceiling fan was filthy and the fan did not work. Furniture in living room was at best adequate and not very comfortable to sit on. The lock into the unit was difficult to use and took several minutes to open and lock shut behind us each time we came to or left the unit.

So great to be close to lots of attractions!

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for 4 of us on a girls' trip. Doug was amazing at check-in even helped us navigate to the parking location. It was super clean, super nice and super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the location - close to everything! Lots of yummy restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit tight but felt secure. Only had 3 towels for 4 people so extra towels had to be delivered the next day. Very comfortable accommodation.

Great little unit with cooking facilities and access to gym and pool. Really handy location with easy walk to Pike Place one way and Chihuly Glass and Garden, Space Needle and MoPop the other way. Lots of restaurants nearby, too.

The property does have a nice view of the city…but the water view in the picture is from a rooftop deck on the adjacent building. AC unit is LOUD and can’t keep the room cool. Opening the slider helps but there’s no screen so the fly come in. Microwave & bathroom exhaust fan both didn’t work…called but no action taken. Wouldn’t stay again.

Our greeter, Simon, was very patient and kind. Our flight was delayed numerous times so we didn’t arrive til the middle of the night. He met us there with no complaints. He made sure we had all we needed and was prompt with communication. The location was amazing. We were walking distance to pike place and the space needle. The room was perfect for our needs. We were a little bummed that the hot tub was not in operation during our visit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Great location for our adventures and then a short walk to the cruise ship.

My 8 year old son and I stayed here together for a concert. We were here 3 nights and got to do all kinds of fun stuff. Our contact for the property was amazing. She met us outside and walked us up…and made sure we knew the tricks of the building before she left. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and which streets were the safest for us to walk at night. We were within walking distance to about everything we would want to do. The building was safe and secure and the apartment was lovely. The only thing I was a little put out by was the amount of cleaning involved. I did what was asked of us but feel the cleaning fees are a little high considering. Either way we had a great trip and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Seattle. Especially if one has children. I would like to stay here again if opportunity allows.

Very helpful and easy to communicate with. Stay was comfortable and perfect for asking distance of everything. Simon was able to meet us early and get us checked in and set up!

Location awesome, AC did not work, had to call twice to get sheets needed for sofa bed, key entry to apartment was difficult to get to work, waited half hour to meet checkin person. He was on the wrong street. Directions to pool not provided.
