If you want to enjoy the summer atmosphere of Salou whilst at the same time seeing the sea right on the beachfront, this is your apartment! The RODAS complex is one of the most emblematic buildings on the famous Jaume I Maritime Promenade. It is opposite Salou's main beach, Llevant beach, a wide beach with fine white sand and crystal-clear waters, with beach bars, showers, sun loungers... You only have to cross the Maritime Promenade to sunbathe in the Mediterranean sun; this blue flag beachis ideal for children as the sea is very shallow and has a wide area for the little ones to play safely with children's parks and not so little ones like paddle-surfing.



It is located near the Luminous Fountain of Salou, with countless restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops... right outside the door.



It is a very comfortable apartment: perfectly fitted out with a spacious air-conditioned living room opening onto the large terrace. The well-furnished terrace, with a folding table, chairs, bench, hammocks, awning and electric blinds that invites you to truly relaxing moments whilst enjoying the exclusive sea views. It consists of 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans and TVs; a functional kitchen with a fully equipped American bar and sea views; a complete bathroom with a shower tray and another secondary toilet with just a WC.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival.     Our apartment was lovely and it was away fromNoise. My daughter snd her carer also had a nice stay there. We had restaurants nearby and we went to theme padrk and also there was a nice beach opposite our apartment. Mat was nice time to visit Salu. Would go again

    Very good apartment with a beautiful view and private parking space on 5 min walk. A lot of shops around the apartment. Kitchen was very enjoyable to use. The two bedrooms had a fan for some extra cool during the night. Bathroom is big enough plus there is also a extra toilet next to the kitchen. We really enjoyed the apartment, cooking lunch or diner and sitting on your balcony and enjoying the view of the beautiful sea. Carolina was our host during the check-in and if we had some trouble. Very kind and friendly and helped us excellent, really pleased with her! Thank you Carolina The kitchen equipment needs replacement. A lot of scratched cooking pans and rust on other equipment. The AC was cold enough, but should have been placed somewhere more central in the living room so that the cold air can go also to the room next to the entrance, the cold air didn't quite go all the way to the room so it was very hot. Also the fan on the ceiling in the bedrooms need a check-up because they make a lot of noise. A tip perhaps: one bedroom has a double bed and one room has a double single bed, change the double bed to also a single because it is a bit small for 2 adults but we liked the room with the double bed the most, also because of the view you have after waking up but the bed was so so so small. so maybe you can think about changing it also to 2 single beds.

    The space worked well for our family. We were Ble to was clothes and hang them to dry. I do wish extra towels and toliet paper were provided but other than that absolutely no complaints. Easy walk to the beach and resaurants and we took advantage of a parking space. It was about 2 blocks away but eould much rather walk to two blocks then try to find street parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Su ubicación es inmejorable. Inmejorable terraza. Muy bien equipado. Una cocina muy completa. Sí existe algún problema,lo solucionan rápidamente. Muy atentos en la recogida de llaves. Volveremos a repetir el próximo año por tercera vez.
