Amazing apartment with Shared Pool near the beach

Excellent apartment at walking distance from a nice beach. The landlords are very communicative, friendly and quickly came to help when we had a little issue. Whenever we return to the Algarve we will know where to stay.

Good sized apartment. Well located for beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Has all you need for a holiday stay inc dishwasher and washing machine. Hosts give good communication so would highly recommend.

My husband, 14 year old and I stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the beach, 2 big supermarkets and more restuarants than you can visit in 2 weeks! We also hired a car to explore the Algarve and we found loads of places within a 30 min drive that it suited all our interests. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed as a family of 3. It was great to have a dishwasher, washing machine and airer so that menial tasks were done quickly. Being an apartment in a block with tiled floors does make it noisy at times, but to be expected. The pool is also a great addition too - especially in August. It's accessed via a short walk around the block and you can see it from the balcony so can assess how busy it it. We found people from lots of different countries stay within the block so you can always find someone of your nationality. The positioning of the blocks means you can find plenty of sun or shade to suit and the pool was just the right temperature to cool off on a hot day! We loved the town and ate out every night as there are so many restuarants to suit all tastes and wallets. We found all the serving staff to be welcoming and friendly and all spoke with great English it was never a problem to order and make any requests etc. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed all amenities, it was good that heaters were available, as this year was a year of very cool weather! Location to groceries was excellent. Very good and positive communications with owner

What a lovely apartment just a short walk from the nice clean beach and wonderful restaurants.

We had a lovely stay in Armacao the Pera. I rally like Armecao de Pera because it is touristic but not so has Albufeira. We stayed with 4 adults and 1 child of 6 and was perfectly arranged. Many thanks to Elsa!

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children, aged 2 and 4) in this lovely apartment. Elsa was great at responding to any queries whilst booking and pre-holiday. She met us at the apartment and showed us around and we were surprised to see that she had left us a welcome basket, which was very kind and much appreciated. On first impressions, the apartment was exceptionally clean, well organised and with lost of home comforts. We hired a car as we like to get out and about, however, as everything was on the doorstep, a car is not essential. The beach and shops are 5 minutes walk away with a variety of restaurants and 'Clipper' was a real hit and we ate lovely fish meals there and the staff are very friendly. With it being our son`s 3 rd birthday whilst on holiday we paid for a 2 day pass at Zoo Marine, which is a must. Absolutely brilliant! We got cheaper tickets from one of the shops on the front instead of paying the full price at Zoo Marine itself. We travelled to other beaches and Marinha was beautiful and stunning cove, but make sure you sit far back as the tide does come right in! If you do have a car, we stocked up on essentials, like cereal, milk, bread etc from the nearby Aldi (7 minutes in the car) The pools are great for the family, one bigger pool and one for the children which we found very safe and gated. We managed to go down and get sun beds about 9.30 am, so not too early. All in all, just what we needed. Thank you Elsa and Jose for providing us with a wonderful apartment and a memorable stay. Apartment is nice and clean and it was pleasure to stay in it. It has everything you might need during your holiday . Beds are comfortable , there air con which really nice during those hot days. It has balcony where you can enjoy your coffee early in the morning or dry your towels after day on the beach...Location is very good as well , its 10 min walk to big supermarket Pingo Doce , 5-10 min walk to the Armacao beach which is always busy, few farmacies is around and its 5 min walk to the centre of Armacao where you can find many restaurants and bars.Our favourite beach was quiet Cova Redonda , its only 5-10 min drive from the apartment. And all famous beaches and caves are within 30 min.drive so car is very essential if you would like to see the beautiful places of Algarve. Lots of parking around and apartment has underground secure parking with place for your car. There no WIFI in the apartment - this is the only disappointing moment as these days internet is very essential , but it was not listed in the description of the property and we knew that will be no WIFI. Elsa the owner of apartment was amazing , communication was great , she always responded on my emails and enqueries and gave very clear information. As we arrived very late evening and our satnav couldn't navigate to the address Elsa meet us in the place where we stuck and directed to the apartment. Also she allowed us to stay few hours more as we supposed to check out 11 .00 am. Overall we had amazing time in the Algarve and we really enjoyed staying in that apartment and would recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is very clean, well appointed, with the benefit of air conditioning. 5mins walk to the beach. Private swimming pool. Elsa and Jose were fantastic from start to finish, very accommodating and providing excellent communication throughout. Nice touch when arriving late to receive snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.
