HOUSE RULES
ALTIDO wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
– Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
– Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
– Keep the property clean and tidy.
– Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
– Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
– Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
– Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
– To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
Please be aware that check in and check out are 30 minute round trips to the other side of the City by foot. The flat is beautiful but is at the top of three very large sets of stairs, without a lift for a pram or those who might struggle. If you pay extra for a sofa bed, you have to make the bed yourself. The street outside is bustling until the early morning, but this is somewhat to be expected. The front door is heavy and the locks hard to use. You'll get used to it but you might be frustrated on the first try. There is no blind or curtain on the bathroom window, which can be seen into. The rooms are well appointed and renovated to a high standard.
Really challenging to carry luggage up that many steps. Stove did not work Management did not respond to texts. Key pick up and drop off inconvenient.
Positives: flat is recently renovated and beautiful although on a busy street so a bit noisy late. Negatives: booked flat for 4 people only to find out after that additional charge for pull out bedding. Forced to use their portal rather than email which asks for more info than want to provide. Have to pick up keys at office which is opposite direction to flat. Could easily solve with lockbox outside flat rather than outside office. Checkout the same. Worth considering customer experience travelling with bags
