The cosyfifth-floor retreat enjoys lift access and some of the most attractive panoramic views of Locarno. It has a light-filled sleeping area with big windows that allow maximum contact with nature and central heating to enjoy a holiday any time of the year. A dining set-up along with a fully-equipped kitchen makes a self-catered stay carefree here.

For our active guests, the Lido di Locarno, a golf course and the famous Locarno Falconry are a 15-20 minutes walk away. Meanwhile, for those who want to enjoy picnics and relax on summer afternoons by the lake, Giardini Jean Arp is 10-minutes on foot from here. Art enthusiasts are also in for a delight as an Art Museum is also about the same distance.
