Alrose Villa, wrap around balcony sea/hill views, minutes walk from beach/ town.

Lovely experience spending time at Alrose villa, cozy home with beautiful sea view and balcony. Walking distance to the beach and local shops which was extremely convenient. Would definitely visit again

What a lovely flat/apartment in an accessible part of Swanage - away from the hustle and bustle but very walkable. Great hosts and views.

There was everything in the property we needed , close to sea and town loved it Only slight issue was the bed wasnt as comfy as we wud hav liked but was ok

Great place nice and clean

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was perfect for two people. Check in was simple. We loved the position near to the beach with an easy 15 minute walk to the town centre. Importantly the bed was very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and close to seafront and town

My husband visited Swanage on numerous occasions as a child and both of us , many times . The accommodation was in a great place, beach and coast path both nearby and a pub across the road. Accommodation nice and cool , big bedroom and enough room to relax on the veranda surrounding the apartment. Very clean kitchen with everything we needed , nice shower. Would definitely return.

Lovely apartment perfect position enjoyed watching the world go by from the balcony... easy walk into Swanage with my husband on his mobility scooter… thank you Nicky for the wine we had a great holiday.

A perfect apartment for two to explore Swanage and Purbeck. The allocated car parking space is invaluable as public car parking in the area is very expensive. A regular bus service to Bournemouth or the town centre (for other buses and the Swanage Railway) is available virtually outside the door. The main Southwest Coast Path passes through Swanage, so walking opportunities abound. We hardly used our car. The apartment is clean and extremely well-equipped; everything you would need is there. The balconies are a valuable extra amenity. We cannot fault the accommodation or its location. Thank you, Nicky, for the welcoming bottle of Kiwi Sauv. b!

Exactly as Described No Problems, very clean and tidy.

The property was lovely. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. It was very peaceful and the flat was very comfortable

Very nice cosy cottage

Lovely apartment, very clean, handy for beach and town. Love the balcony and it was nice to be welcomed with a bottle of white wine, thank you very much. We really enjoyed our stay. I would just like to suggest one thing, a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would have been very useful.

We were already scheduled to stay in a bungalow locally but wanted to enjoy the Blues festival and couldn’t extend our stay. This was a fortunate turn of events as otherwise we might not have sampled the delights of this wonderful apartment. We felt comfy front the first moment we arrived and our only regret was that we had to come home today! We will most definitely look to stay here when we fancy a cheeky weekend away together as it was perfect for that. Nicola deserves great credit for creating a practical but homely place to stay with wonderful views of the beach and town xxx

We enjoyed a great week at Alrose Villa, perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and about 10 minutes into town. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. We particularly liked the wrap around balcony and the view of the sea.

Home from home facilities. Well appointed flat. Comfortable and enjoyable weekend break. The bottle of wine Ona tribal was a welcome touch.

Perfect property and beautiful resort, perfect!

Attractive building, quiet and comfortable, great to have off street parking, short walking distance to sea front. Comfortable bed (mattress, foam pad, mattress topper) aided a good nights rest. We were unable to remove a DVD from the TV, and as we couldn't find instruction book, reluctantly had to leave. Bathroom basin, flip waste, ceased to work on last day, unable to release therefore had to leave rather than risk damage. Both embarrassing, however as not our property we were reluctant to use force

We only booked for 3 nights, but we had a great time. It's in a great location, with surprisingly lovely views. The location is superb. We liked the wrap-around balcony which is perfect for drinks and snacks. The flat is nicely presented and clean, and has enough facilities for you to stay in for home-cooked meals or to watch TV. The host is pleasant.

Good location for cliff walks including a small beach, near pub and walk over hill to Port Isaac.
