    Fantastic unit with almost everything that was required to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The unit was clean and comfortable for the family. The kitchen was well appointed the only comment would be the kitchen knives were blunt and didn’t cut very well. I was concerned about the lack of Airconditioning but the afternoon sea breeze kept the rooms at a pleasant temperature. There is pedal-stool fans supplied if needed. Garage is convenient although even though I’m consider myself a very competent driver it is a very tight opening. You could always park on the street The neighbours who are all residents are very friendly and quite at night times

    Though all inclusions were listed, the following essential items were missing from a Gold Coast Property: Air Conditioning, Heating, Ceiling Fans, Clothes Dryer, Dishwasher, WiFi. Also the shower temperature is difficult to regulate. In need of repair/replacement are Front door lock, the stairs/handrail, sofa, dining chair, coffee table, ironing board cover and a new bulb in the garage. The bed top in the main bedroom should be replaced. The early checkout of 09:00 is a nuisance and the bus stops nearby only have a 2 hourly service. Over priced for what you get.

    Unit is a little old and worn. But for the price and ease of booking I can overlook this. Very spacious and set out well. Very, very clean. For the couch potato enough channels to find something worth watching. Too many road works around Gold Coast which made it not as pleasurable staying so far away from the entertainment areas.

    The apartment was fantastic for what we required..it was close to all amenities and great access for club tweed. The only slight negative was no air conditioning and the fans provided did little to help. The screens on the small bedroom windows were broken slightly meaning we couldn't vent the bedroom as the wildlife would come in each time. Overall great value for the price.

    I thought the unit number 6 was very comfortable and I didn't mind bringing my own linen, towels etc. It is located in a fairly quiet area and within walking distance to shops and supermarkets. Would love to stay there again when next visiting the Tweed Heads area.
