Alki Beach Studio Oasis- Quiet Escape & Sweeping Ocean Views. Parking & AC.

Amazing property with a stunning view. Everything was fantastic! The added bonus of being close to the beach and having access to a water taxi to downtown Seattle made our stay even more enjoyable.

It was such a great space. Exactly what we were looking for. Will be back for sure!!

The property was amazing. Host is very communicative and helpful…plus full of suggestions to help someone plan for food or things to do. Alki Beach area is close enough to Seattle if that’s where you’re headed but also offers a quiet, beach town vibe. All around 5 stars!

Very nice studio just a block from Alki Beach with lovely views out over the sound to the mountains. Heated concrete floors make the mini-split heater unnecessary but it's nice to have! The shower has very good pressure which we always appreciate.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. The owner quickly responded to my questions. It is like staying at your cousin’s house, which is just fine, as opposed to staying at a luxury rental. It was clean and comfortable. The downfalls are it says washer/dryer, but it is only available if you stay 4 nights or longer and there is no air conditioning, only a fan. Also

We had a lovely time at the Alki Beach studio. It was a perfect place to lay our head, and it was a great location very close to Alki beach and other areas of interest close by. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe as well. I would never have guessed that Seattle had parts that felt like a beach haven, but I'm so glad we stumbled upon it!

I loved this property. Amazing views. Awesome location. Restaurants in walking distance. Water taxis to downtown Seattle. Loved having coffee on the patio in the morning and a glass of wine at the end of the day. You do need to be able to navigate some stairs and the street is steep. We are in our 60's and it was no problem for us. Would not hesitate to book again.

I would no recommend this property for anyone over the age of 50 and certainly for not longer than 2 nights. There was no closet, no real kitchen and the stairs going up although steep had dirt in-between and not able to roll a suitcase. The blinds were broken and there was so much of their own stuff there was no place to put anything. The patio consisted of 2 hard chairs and a small metal rusted table. Parking was crazy and on a steep hill to unpack and load. All in all I would never stay here again for the money considering the house I stayed in last year.

The host is very communicative. Description was very accurate. We had a very comfortable stay! Only downside was the lack of street parking, which we knew going in! Would definitely recommend. The place is set up very nicely with a lot of thoughtful touches! There is a book with a lot of tips and ideas about the area that we found helpful. Thank you!

This is a perfect place for two interested in a quick trip away from home. R Everything you need is either within walking or a brief car (or water taxi) ride.

This property is more than I could've ever DREAMED! This apartment had stellar views, privacy, serenity that could only be captured in this exact spot! Everything was extremely clean and orderly! The amenities exceeded my expectations and allowed it to feel like home! I want to stay here every single time I come to visit! I could come and go as I pleased and all of the personal touches made this stay so special! Also, MJ was so polite and communicative! Thank you for everything! You will never forget your stay with MJ! Now, I will say, the only thing, like others said, parking was a bit of an issue, but that's the area you are staying. Its like this throughout Alki. But really, its COMPLETELY WORTH more physical exertion.

Perfect for my needs and a fantastic location on Alki- I was visiting family nearby and this was ide Al to walk oblong beach in morning and evening and eat at some great restaurants just down the road from the studio!

There was plenty of parking the place was nice and quiet. You need a box of Kleenex in the room. It was nice to have some kitchen items as we ate some meals in. The only sketchy thing where those stairs up to the place. Really need some kind of a handrail or something they get pretty slick when it's wet.
