To keep cleaning fees to a minimum, we provide:



Tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash and hair, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet as a start-up to your stay. After this, you will need to purchase your own supplies.

We do not provide sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, etc.

All linen is provided, including beach towels, under our Premium Linen Service.



Parking:



Parking is in the underground basement in a dedicated car park with a 1.9-meter clearance.

We ask for details of your group and the purpose of your stay upon booking.

We value our beautiful oceanfront apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If any party, event, or function occurs, or if we receive complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and may ask you to vacate the premises immediately.

The cleaning charge for your stay covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smells/burns, you will be charged for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
