Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had a great time in this apartment. All three bedrooms are nice size. The master bedroom has a private bath. Convenient to food and the beach. My favorite place to stay in Rio.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pros: This was a great apartment. We were here 10 days. The place had three (3) full bathrooms so each of us had our own bath. Good contact with owner prior to rental and we used PayPal for the deposit. Ricardo was our point of contact in Rio and he met us at the apartment on-time and provided great customer service. The rooms and layout were as seen in the photos. Room A/Cs were adequate. Nice 37-40 LED HDTV with full cable (including English language options). Wash machine was a plus. The location is right near restaurants and one block from beach. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Note: use the service or the back (interior) elevator to get to the apartment. The lady in 702 on the front side didn't like us trying our keys in her door. :-) Cons: Only thing we had problems with was the front door lock. The keys worked on the inside and were hit-and-miss on the outside. We ended up using the service entrance through the kitchen so no real problem. Also, it's an inside apartment so all the windows faced the interior of the building (no street views).
