Clean, good parking, beautiful building, close to the center

This is our third visit to Mason Blanche en route to Toulouse. As always, the room has everything you need. Friendly staff.

Words cannot describe my horrible correspondence with the staff here. I called when I arrived to get a code to enter the premises but would only give it to me via email. I couldn’t get a wifi connexion to get the code. I explained the situation to the the staff but it was the only way to get the code. I was traveling with a companion who was I’ll and needed to lie down and rest, but the staff was not sympathetic to the situation. Finally I had to find another hotel to accommodate us. The staff at Maison Blanche said they would call me and email me on several occasions but never have. I’ve never been so disappointed with a hotel company in my life. I’ll never use this hotel /company again.

Booked at the last moment. A grand house, beautifully kept. Very good location - quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Arrived early evening, easy access to the property. Good parking facilities. Room really clean. Very pleasant host.

It was a beautiful house, perfectly located for our need, with a private parking and great breakfast.
