The Kitchen:
It has all the essential appliances if you want to stay in and cook a delicious meal.
Living Room:
65" TV to watch all your favorite shows. Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Prime, YouTube, etc.
You'll have a comfortable sofa to sit on while you chill and watch TV or turn it into a bed to sit back & relax.
Bedroom:
Queen-size bed with hotel sheets comforter. 55" SmartTV allows you to lay in the bed and watch whatever your heart desires.
Bathroom:
Four sets of towels, washcloths, and hand towels to cover your entire stay. Stand-up shower. We try to keep essentials that guests may forget on their first day, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, etc. And blow dryer is available as well in the bedroom closet.
Laundry Room:
The washer and dryer are pretty easy and self-explanatory to use. You will also find a broom, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, and an extra set of sheets. Just in case of any unexpected messes.
Guest access
-Private parking in a private lot as part of your stay, but there is always street
parking is available on either road that lines the building.
-There are two points of entry.. one on the 1st Ave side and one on the Morris
Ave side.
-A unique code accesses the communal doors for your stay.
-Separate unique code for the condo door.

This is a residential building. We kindly ask all our guest(s) to mind and respect the quiet hours, 9 PM - 9 AM.
“RING monitoring device on the outside door. MÎNUT noise monitoring device inside that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed (but does not record sound)
Parties or any variation is prohibited (Up to a $1000 Fine)

Location was great. Unit was clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and made sure the unit has everything you need!
This place was the perfect get away, very close to everything, clean and quiet.
