• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy.     Home was beautiful, a couple of the bed spreads and towels has stains on them but other than that everything was wonderful! Communication was lacking a little but overall nice experience!

    At first glance this place was great. However after getting in to the ktichen to grab some utensils, the drawer was dirty with possibly coffee grinds? And most of the silverware was dirty with dry food as well as several plates several plates, like the entire plate, not just a small spot.I did contact the host who did respond promptly and asked if he should send cleaning crew back, but at that point I just loaded everythìng we would need in the dishwasher .All the rest of pots and appliances like the toaster were all the same story...dirty. Livngroom furniture was stained especially the fur white chairs,It would have been so much better with a couple decent comfortable couches instead of one old couch and chairs that were stained.Unfortunately it continued with very uncomfortable beds, cheap flimsey pillows and teribble beeding.Towels for bathrooms also older mismatched and thin.The rooftop was really amazing though with the best views.But..alas the firepit did not work, realizing this the second night in w management said they could put on the list for maintenance to come but wouldn't be sure when, so we declined to leave it since we were leaving the next day.Again, the location was EXCELLENT, however this condo left us very disappointed with the lack of comfort and cleanliness were would have expected for the price, but being left dirty was truly unacceptable.

    Communication with property manager was great, although one bathroom light did not work and the property manager said they were sending someone over, but no one came to fix it. Not the worst thing. Overall they were great. The house was cute and easy to get to and from. Lots of space. Only recommendation would be adding garbage cans to all of the bathrooms/bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Was great for 11 girls for a bachelorette. Rating 4 just because I can’t give 4.5 for the light not working and no one actually coming to fix it.

    Property was very clean. A few dings and pings here and there but understable with the number of people passing through the property. Communication with Allen was excellent and he assured we would be able to chdck in early.

    The stay itself was fine, definitely some wear and tear on the unit. The communication with the host was the most disappointing part of the trip. Multiple messages were never replied to. Double charged my card so I messaged, no response to that, had to contact VRBO directly to get that refunded. Our flight didn't leave until 5 pm on the day of checkout so I asked for a later checkout or at least just to leave our luggage in the garage so the cleaners could clean, again, no response. For a property management group it was disappointing.

    I was extremely disappointed while staying at the house. Bedding was left with stains and dirt on them, towels looked used and overall the house did not look clean. One of the beds was broken and lopsided which made it not the best to sleep on. The front door would not lock so we always had to go out the garage. I reached out to the property manger multiple times and had no response back the entire time of my stay. I even tried calling and it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. With all of this it made the stay not as enjoyable as I was hoping.

    Enjoyed the visit with old friends. Walks were great when rain let up. Nice place to be inside pretty much all weekend. Sadly not the best communication I have experienced with other owner/managers but I am sure they are fixing it. Would definitely return, and look forward to getting some use out of the rooftop deck!

    Our group of moms and teens had a great stay. It was perfectly set up for our use, and we really enjoyed the rooftop deck.. we were able to walk easily to the Gulch and Broadway although that was a bit more of a distance and we got a work out! We were not able to fit our transit van into the garage, but there was plenty of street parking right out front of the condo.
