Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apt. This spacious 1 br/1ba unit is complete with a king bed, sofa bed, stocked kitchen, and a washer/dryer to provide everything you need for a perfect stay. Outdoor amenities include a patio area to wind down from your day and a playground for kids to play on.
Looking for adventure In less than 5 mins you can either be on I-15, or up 800 North to go explore the canyon and Park City.
The space
This location is amazing, not far from the Provo Canyon, near shopping centers, entertainment, easy access to freeways, and dining options while still being tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The basement apartment is spacious with lots of natural sunlight that comes through the many windows. The home has central air A/C and heating, with a private entrance and locking system to check yourself in. We also have a Ring camera installed on the door. This only looks out towards the backyard and not into the house.
Since this is a downstairs apartment you will hear some noise from the upstairs, that is why we have quiet hours from 9:30pm - 8 am. If you need absolute silence or are unable to keep these quiet hours, then this VRBO may not be the best fit for you.
While we only have the 1 queen bed our couch folds down to create either one full bed for an adult or two single beds for 2 smaller children.
BEDROOM: The cozy bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed and a full-size closet with a wall mounted ROKU TV.
PRIVATE BATHROOM: Full shower with tub that is stocked with comfy towels and your basic amenities.
KITCHEN: While there are amazing restaurants nearby, our kitchen comes fully stocked with a fridge, oven with stovetop, microwave, sink, and any kind of cookware or dishware you will need to cook a nice meal.
BACKYARD: There is a fully fenced in back yard with a patio with patio furniture for you to sit and relax from your day or to enjoy the morning. Brought your kids No problem! We have a playground for them to play on and they can run safely around the yard.
LAUNDRY: No problem! A washer and dryer are located in the apartment complete with washing pods and dryer sheets as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: You can park along the street or on the right side of the driveway. Please do not park on the left side of the driveway or along the street directly in front of the house. This parking area is for those who live upstairs.
Wi-Fi: We supply free Wi-Fi and the two Roku TV’s are connected for any streaming service of your choice. However, this home is BYOL (Bring Your Own Login).
Guest access
You will have access to the unit through a keypad on the door. To access the basement apartment, you will need to enter through the white gate on the right side of the garage. Simply enter through the gate, head down a few steps and you will see the door on the left past the patio furniture. Your personalized keypad access code will be given to you prior to checking in.
