Adorable Historic Renovation North of Downtown

This place was nice and in a great location. Only complaints were that the dryer doesn’t work very well (we had to put one load in 3 cycles because it wouldn’t dry), and they had coffee and a coffee maker but no coffee filters, so we couldn’t actually make coffee. Also, the chair that came with desk didn’t actually fit under the desk, which made it difficult to work at. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot! Far enough away from downtown but close enough to walk or uber. Great coffee shop below the apartment. A lot bigger of a space than I thought.

We loved our stay here. The place was modern, clean and close to everything we wanted to visit in Asheville. Would stay here again!

A good spot to visit downtown Asheville. A bit away from the busy part of downtown (which I preferred). Slightly loud due to the proximity to the restaurant and bakery as well as the loud entry door. I would recommend this property overall as a good location.

The accommodations were clean and spacious for two. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glassware, and cookware. Bed and furniture was comfortable. Great location close to all the restaurants, bars, breweries, and entertainment of the downtown area, as well as in the mountains and Biltmore Estate. Parking on-site was convenient. We enjoyed our trip to the area and would recommend this unit as a place to base yourself from.

It's within easy walking distance of downtown and some truly excellent restaurants. You absolutely must visit Bone and Broth for dinner.The only meaningful complaint I would have is that the bedroom gets a bit warm with the door closed, even with the air conditioning running. So just leave the door cracked for air circulation and you'll be good.

Loved our stay at this place. Yes, the shop downstairs does have a loud door, but it is only during daytime shop hours. As long as you aren't trying to take a nap during the day then it isn't an issue at all. Super easy check in and check out. Great space overall!

Awesome place!

Only negative is that it is on a busy street so a bit noisy. We could here the cross walk notification speaking all night.

We had a great time apartment was close to everything. There was alot to do and see. The apartment was i little on the noisy but it would not stop me from staying again
